At Eccolo Media, she is responsible for financial analysis and strategy with a focus on strong growth and profitability. Courtney began her career in public accounting at Ernst and Young in 1995. After three years, she transitioned to preparing annual reports for Stanford University and then, in 2000, went on to become controller at Veon, Inc., a start-up software company. Two years later, she began working as an independent financial consultant, providing expertise and guidance to companies such as Global IP Sound. Courtney joined the Eccolo team in 2006.
